Thank you for your interest in our “Hands of Hope” ministry. Through this ministry we minister to the needs of poor people, some of which are also homeless. One of our projects helped a poor family when their roof was blown off by a storm. We were able to help them purchase the materials and then assisted with replacing the roof. We accomplished this within a few hours before the evening rain came again that night. This is just one example of how we are able to show people God’s love. We also help homeless people by giving them food, clean drinking water, blankets for the cool season, umbrellas for the rainy season and medical attention when necessary. Our goal in this ministry is to not only help people with their physical needs, but to minister to them and ultimately bring them into a relationship with Jesus.
“But whoever has this world's goods, and sees his brother in need, and shuts up his heart from him, how does the love of God abide in him? 18 My little children let us not love in word or in tongue, but in deed and in truth.” 1 John 3:17-18
